Referral Process

Referrals Accepted From:
Podiatrist, Physicians, Dermatologists, Nurse Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurses & Advanced Foot Care Nurses

1. Once we receive your referral, our staff will contact the patient directly to schedule their appointment.
2. Upon booking, you will receive confirmation of the appointment by phone.
3. We will contact the patient 48 hours prior to their appointment to confirm.

Important: If the patient does not book within 2 weeks, the referral will be cancelled and a new one may be required.
